5. Service Availability and “Free” Usage

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Any free usage is offered at our discretion and may be subject to limits, verification, or anti-abuse controls to keep the Service available to everyone.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Zofo AI and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.

The Service and all outputs are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or inappropriate; you should review outputs before relying on them.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zofo AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
